ABSTRACT |
After dividing into normal groups, control groups, and AMP groups, we injected the prescription AMP extract powder of 100mg/kg to observe the effect on antioxidant action of AMP, oxidative toxicity was induced by bromobenzene of 460mg/kg. And then we estimated scavenging activity of free radical and production of malondialdehyde in vitro and also the activity of xanthine oxidase, glutathione S-transferase, epoxide hydrolase, which are antioxidant enzyme and the content of glutathione, malondialdehyde, formaldehyde, and p-aminophenol in vivo, we got the result as : 1. DPPH free radical scavenging activity in vitro shows capability for eliminating 50% of AMP thickness at 200 g/ml, and it shows almost similar degrees(88-89%) of antioxidant capability from 500 g/ml. AMP repress the generation of malondialdehyde, but there is no attentive point. 2. AMP have little effects on the activations of xanthine oxidase, epoxide hydrolase. 3. AMP increase the activation of glutathione S-transferase attentively. 4. AMP increase the content of glutathione, but there is no attentive point. 5. AMP decrease the content of malondialdehyde attentively. 6. AMP decrease the generations of formaldehyde and p-aminamphenol, but there is no attentive point. As a result of observations above, we can say that AMP has a positive effect on antioxidant action in the intraperitoneally bromobenzene injected rats. |
