ABSTRACT |
Fever is a clinically important symptom that representing diseases. Fever of unknown origin(FUO) is defined as a temperature higher than 38.3℃ on several occasions and lasting longer than 3 weeks, with a diagnosis that remain uncertain after 1 week of investigation. Diagnosing the cause of FUO is particularly difficult. We experienced a 65-year-old man diagnosed as FUO and report a case of FUO patient treated with oriental and western medical combination therapy. |
