ABSTRACT |
Two cases of thalamic hemorrhage admitted to WonKwang University Gun-Po Hospital were reviewed to assess the effect of Jingansikpung-tang on intracerebral hemorrhage. In this study, we analyged the neurologic signs, clinical symptoms and volume changes of hematoma on brain computerized tomography. The results were summarized as follows: Clinical symptoms and neurologic signs including hemiparesis, sensory deficit, speech disturbance, dizziness, headache were improved respectively. The amount of hematoma, calculated on computerized tomography, was markedly decreased in both cases. This results indicate that Jingansikpung-tang has a considerable effect on improvement of neurologic deficit and hematoma decrease of thalamic hemorrhage. |
